How to manage auto Dialer for differnt Sales Rep role

We set up Field Sales Consultant (FSC) as Sales Rep in NetSuite in Department. We gave them Class to differentiate from DTC Sale Rep.

We still want them classified as Sales Rep but they should not act like DTC Sales Rep in NetSuite and NetSuite must not put their Leads in Dialer Rotation.
