Where do I go to add field to "Global Search Results" for Items (Part Numbers)

I need to add a field to the display when a search results in the display when user has submitted a Global Search for a Part Number.

Example: The screenshot below shows "KVH ITEM CATEGORY" on the far right.

I need to add "PRI ITEM CATEGORY".
