Get address and edit or delete it

Hello.

I am tying to delete the wrong entered city in list of cities. But I can not do that  because the city have related link to address I can not get and edit.

The question is:

1. How do I get the list of all addresses in my database from address record?

2. How delete address from database if I have only Internal ID? That address do not have any links to parent object sush as customer, location and so on.
