Project Task Assignee- How to create a sublist?

Hi There

I have seen some suitescripts online which refer to the sublist ID of the 'assignee' list.

My understanding is that 'assignees' in relation to project tasks is a standard Netsuite sublist and I do not need to create one.

However, I am not sure how to view this page to see what values are currently stored in this.

Also, if the assignee sublist does not already exist, how do I create this?
