display message to user if the sum of custom fields is greater than another custom field
I would like to display a message to the user when the sum of 4 custom fields is greater than another custom field.
so in this example if the sum of the 4 spend amounts are greater than the requested amount, then i would like to display a message to the user
Referring to SuiteAnswer Id: 89103 I have a workflow set up with a show message action.
First I tried this:
Workflow Initiation: Event Based
On Create: Is checked
On View or Update: Is checked
State 1
Add a Show Message Action
Trigger On: After Field Edit
