Can I hide a value on a custom list with a workflow based on the user's Role who is viewing the field?
We have a couple of custom fields in our Time Tracking record that allow you to choose a Primary Category and it impacts what list values shows up in another field called Secondary Category, using the Filtering settings on the custom field itself.
Custom Transaction Line Fields:
Primary Category is a custom list field.
Secondary Category is a custom record type list field. With Filter settings on the field: Time Tracking - Primary Category is equal to Primary Category
