An open online meeting with someone from NS about a topic where you can ask your question or just listen in.
I got this from the guys as Celigo and looks like a nice idea for NS as well.
Meetings are on fixed days of the week and for a fixed amount of time.
You can register for the meeting and learn from each other.
Questions get answered on a first come first served basis.
