SCA Local Server Pages not rendering

I have been using SCA for the last 3 years and it seems I have not got stuck like this before until the most recent version of 2019.2

When I run SCA 2019.2 in my local environment, from node js, it seems all the network resources load, but the page has trouble rendering.

This is true running the site from bot the SRC and DEV ssp application folders.


When I deploy to NS, the site renders fine. It seems like some order of loading in the "-local.ssp" pages.

From time to time the page will render, but for the most part it loads all network files, and then go blank.
