Tracking projects without time entries (statuses/overwrite actual time)
Is this possible with Project Management in standard to track projects and change % completion without entering actual time in the system against the project? (or overwrite actual work for each task)
My aim is to get percent work complete % according to task statuses and still assign generic resources to the tasks for planning purposes.
Help Center says that when the status of all tasks is Completed, percentage work complete % should show 100% and the same for individual tasks: when the task status is Completed, the percentage is 100%.

So I expect Percent work complete to be 100% in the screenshot below:
