IS attached Document not valid? I tried to open a support case online and I was told since we have Basic support, we have to go thru our NetSuite Partner or "Ask Guru" on this user group or go to our Solution provider or pay more money. The Basic support says I can have 2 "Authorized Contact", but can that Two contacts do?
All I am trying to do this Open a online support case with one of the Two Authorized Contact.
