SuiteScript Server Pages and SuiteScript 2 Server Pages are missing

Neither our account rep nor the tech support know why, but under Enable Features > Suite Cloud we cannot see SuiteScript Server Pages and SuiteScript 2 Server Pages options. Our account should have these features per our original license according to Netsuite, but this is considered as defect as of today. Has anybody encountered anything like this? Our devs are literally waiting just for this for days now.
