Serial Number fields.
When we implemented Nesuite we ran into an issue with using the case forms because all of the serial numbers for products created prior to Netsuite could not be selected. The advice then, back in 2014, was to create a new customer record and house those serial #'s in there. This has been sufficient but annoying. Is there anyway to get those old serial #'s in the native field? Or any other suggestions from people that have run into this? We currently have scripting done by a 3rd party to handle warranty, so we had to already workflow to compare
