Billing Rule Cap
Hi There
We have a project with the following criteria:
- There is an agreement with the client that we would provide a fixed number of support hours per month as part of our agreement.
- All time related to this is tracked against the task called ''Monthly base support hours'
- When this task has more than 5 hours entered against this (in the month), the billing rule is supposed to take effect and a charge needs to be created.
A screencap of the current billing rule follows:
What I was wanting to know is: how do you define the cap in terms of the time period it applies to?
