Pipeline By Sale Rep Summary Troubleshooting Request
Sales Manager is pulling Pipeline by Sales Rep Summary Report (Native) No customizations
There is a Sales Rep Yvette Winter, who is no longer with the company. When Yvette left the Sales Team/Primary Sales Rep was changed to a different Sales Rep.
The report is pulling Yvette with 1 customer... $0.00; however I can't find the customer/opportunity/estimate that she is associated with that is pulling into the pipeline.
I have gone into Opportunity List, looked for her name
I have gone into estimate List, looked for her name
I have gone into the Customers that were in Communications in her Employee Record
