Is it possible to create either a saved search or analytics report that shows unapproved time sheet

I can create the saved search which shows data using "previous week" as the custom date option, but this starts on a Monday. One of our subs working week starts on a Sunday. I need to combine into 1 search or Analytics report but am struggling. i don't want to manually have to go into the search every week and change the dates every week.

Can any one help?
