If you set the reorder point to all items using a mass update or a CSV import. Then won't auto-calculate just overwrite the numbers when it runs?

Maybe I'm not understanding how auto-calc works. I thought if the interval was set to 6 months then every 6 months it would do the auto-calc. But if a customer is new to NS, but has tons of outstanding orders just from 1 month wouldn't it be best to set the reorder point to zero until it has enough time/data to do the 6 month interval?

If you have all zeros won't the auto-calc override the zero with the real data?
