ew privacy laws for SCA-based websites for "guest shoppers"

Is it true that under new privacy laws, we must delete the PII associated with ecommerce customers who use our SCA-based website as a "guest shopper" after the transaction has been "completed"? If so, is there some automated way to delete fields in a Customer record, e.g., name, address, email address, etc., that match certain criteria? Thanks.
