Advanced PDF/HTML Templates for Journal Entries - help with field names

We had a Custom Journal entry template that worked with both Intercompany and Standard Journal entries.  The account field is no longer correct.  The actual journal entry is ignoring the account field and pushing all the other fields over one column on the Standard Journal entry, but is retaining the Account label.  On the Intercompany Journal entry, the actual account number is present on the journal entry lines, but the "account" label is missing and all the other labels are pushed left.  Can anyone help with what the correct label AND line name to show the account number on each
