I am trying to enable the "CAPTURE INCOMING EMAILS" functionality in Netsuite.

I have everything correct as far as I can tell from the documentation but when I send an email to the system defined email address, I get a bounce from NetSuite saying "4.2.1 Persistent Transient Failure: Mailbox disabled, not accepting messages"  Does anyone have any idea why I am getting this error?
