Dynamic Record Mode on SS 2.0 beforeSubmit

Hello Gurus,

is there any option to add dynamically two new lines on the current record on beforeSubmit in SS 2.0?

Currently I'm using N/record (record) module on afterSubmit and I'm loading the newly submitted record using:

recordObj = record.load({

                type: contextRecord.type,

                id: contextRecord.id,

                isDynamic: true,

            });

recordObj .selectNewLine({

                sublistId: 'item',

            });

recordObj .setCurrentSublistValue({

                sublistId: 'item'

                fieldId: 'item',

                value: 1

            });

recordObj .commitLine({sublistId: 'item'});

recordObj .save();

Can this be done on beforeSubmit in dynamic mode, I want to avoid record loading?
