Contract REnewals and List Rate

Hello,

I am setting up items in the contract renewals module:

The license items are working correctly

The Hardware items are not.

I am getting errors when trying to upsell about needing a List Rate

I am getting errors on a warranty RMA about those items needing a List Rate as well

I am need the correct configuration for the Hardware Items so that I can issue Warranty RMA's, do upsells and have them show up on the renewal tab correctly
