File Drag and Drop - Change in Behaviour with Outlook / Chrome?
Has anyone else noticed a change in behaviour with the File Drag and Drop feature when dragging Email to NetSuite on Chrome?
I recall that in the past this was not possible, and then relatively recently (last couple of months) this was enabled to allow dragging directly from Outlook to Chrome.
Now, it appears that when you do this, the email is saved into NetSuite (which is good), but it also moved from the Outlook folder to Deleted Items ?!
It doesn't happen in Edge, so I assume this is a Chrome behaviour change - anyone else seen this and found any workarounds or resolutions?
