Add a button under Custom Actions in A Custom Form

We have an opportunity form that is basically the standard form.

We want to add a button called Convert to Estimate on the opportunity to basically uses the Create New>Estimate Menu

I got the button added but can't figure out the function needed to 'link' it to the Create New >Estimate Menu

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
