Advanced Approvals - Approval Sequence

I have set up advanced approvals as follows. First if the PO is greater than $10,000, the approval needs to go to a senior manager. If greater than $30,000, it’s to go to a Director.

The issue is where the PO is greater than $30,000 (eg $45,000), the PO first goes to the Senior Manager, who has to "approve" it, and then it goes to the Director, who has to "finally" approve it.

Is there any way (using this Advanced Approvals Bundle) of getting it to go straight to the Director, rather than having to go through the Senior Manager first? Or have I hit a limitation of this bundle?
