Intercompany COGS

I have a few intercompany transactions in which the item fulfillment is not posting to the intercompany COGS account. I reviewed the items to ensure they are set up correctly, and I also made sure the Average Cost was not $0 at the time of transaction. Does anyone know why that happened? And how do I fix the historical transactions?
