Inactive the standard customer centre role
Hi All,
A quick question, Can we keep the standard customer role as inactive so that it will not come in the Customer record under the Access tab role field drop-down? I have customized two customer centre and me wan my employees to select and assign only those two custom customer centre roles in the customer record.
Any suggestions on how to achieve that?
