Access Fields from Shipping Address on Sales Order
A Saved Search for Sales Orders can return fields from the Shipping Address either by going to Shipping Address Fields at the bottom of the list and selecting Phone (or similar)
You can also access these in a saved search formula using {shippingaddress.phone}
However, I cannot access these fields via Workflow
I have a custom field that is not set to store a value, and tried sourcing from Source List 'Ship To' and Source From 'Phone' but this is blank.
However I was able to get this to work using {shippingaddress.phone} as a formula.
What I need to do now is take the value from a shipping address field and use this update other fields in a workflow.
