Trying to disable this "Standard Transaction Email Template"

Trying to disable this "Standard Transaction Email Template" as it just started showing up in my "Invoices" transaction drop down box - where I have only had - up to today - "customized" templates showing? 

I have tried to check the "inactive" field and save that specific template .... but it won't save and still shows in my drop down list.

What changed in the NS software overnight - as it wasn't there Thursday when I ran invoices and emailed them?
