Can i track changes to item fulfillment?

Regularly we have to cancel items from a fulfillment. Our servcie shop may not use and item for a repair or a customer cancels the order. Netsuite does not have a process to reverse an IF so the work around is to edit the IF line to a lower qty, delete the line, or delete the entire IF.

I cannot find an audit trail for the deleted lines or the deleted IF. Is there a way to view these changes?
