show tax rate on saved search

I have created a saved search for sales orders pending billing. I need to compare the tax rate that Magento is setting to the tax rate NetSuite is putting on the sales order before I bill. I can get the county code for tax, but can't seem to find the tax rate on the lines of the SO. Anyone know where this field may be hiding?
