Stop Tax Collection for Shipping Cost
We turned on several new Nexus in NetSuite recently, but found out the sales order would automatically calculate sales tax based on the total shipping cost for the orders in these new Nexus states.
We don't want to charge sales tax on the shipping fee, the system worked fine for the previous Nexus but not working for the new Nexus.
How do we stop tax charge for the shipping cost? Do we need to set up individually whenever we set up a new Nexus?
Can any expert kindly advises how to set up for each individual nexus, or set up for all, to stop charging sales tax for the shipping cost?
