Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Importing Deposit/Payout Receipts
Our netsuite instance is currently connected to Shopify. Each sale is imported by order, with a reference number that matches the Shopify order. When the order comes in, each sale is deposited into "Undeposited Funds." As Shopify makes a payment, we receive an excel document outlining the payout on a per order basis that includes the merchant fees associated.
Right now, we manually have to select each individual order for deposit, then add in the fees to deposit the funds. Then, we use the Match Bank Data to connect it to a corresponding bank deposit. Is there a way to import the CSV that we receive from Shopify into Netsuite for each deposit that will match it up for us? With 1200+ order per month, it can be rather time consuming. The "order number" and reference number between shopify and netsuite correlate and would connect the two.
