Calculate consolidated exchange rate is not calculating

Hi,

I would like to understand how consolidated exchange rate period check list work. Per my understanding, when we run this task during the period close meaning we click on "Calculate" button to see auto calculated consolidated exchange rates for that period. If it doesn't populate the value then do we need to click on individual calculate buttons? If you check below screenshot it calculated automatically for last 3 rows and didn't calculate for first 3 rows. Does it mean  it didn't run for all the subsidiaries? Or What could be the issue? If it happens should we have to click
