USPS Print Support, Endicia Plan Type

In order to support integrated USPS label printing, I see only Endicia option available. So NetSuite does not work with Stamps.com, right?

If Endicia is the one to go, does NetSuite have specific Endicia Plan type requirement? Since Endicia has "Endicia Premium Plan" and "Endicia Professional Plan". Does NetSuite only work with Endicia Professional Plan or not?
