Steps to setup the India SuiteTax

We have installed the India SuiteTax Bundle and are trying to configure the setup post the installation. Though we did go through SuiteAnswers and some reference documents, we are unable to arrive at a completely working setup. Also we are not sure if we should do the "Confirm Suite Tax Migration" as we are not sure if it will allow us to do further changes or setup. Any reference or step by step guidelines to setup the India Suite Tax from prior experience would be really helpful.
