Address Types

I would like to store different addresses on constituent records (NetSuite NFP version). I would like these addresses to be mapped to a list of types; i.e. Business, Home, School. I need to be able to report on these addresses. I don't want to use the Label field as that is free form text and someone could use "Business" and someone else could use "Work". Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance!
