A User Error Has Occurred
Hi,
One of our Finance executive person received an email from Netsuite saying "A user error has occurred". When I looked at the email it says, Permission Violation: You need the 'Accounting Book' permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator.". Below is the complete message for your reference. User didn't access Netsuite at all past few days, but he still got this message. Upon my checking, I understood that Fixed Assets Management bundle was installed by him and there was also an update on May 6. I am not sure why "installed on" date shows as 3/5/2020. We have been using FAM more than a year. I don't understand it. Please help me with this.
