Search Alert to show when VRMA/Inventory Transfer bins are blank

I am trying to build a saved search to catch when bin locations are left empty on certain transactions such as VMRA's / Inventory Transfers. This is causing issues for the warehouse having negative quantities. I can't seem to get to the detail information we need. The screen shot is from the related records tab on the item. Any ideas?
