SuiteApprovals - Intercompany & Advanced Intercompany Journal Entries
We setup Journal Entries in SuiteApprovals and they seem to work as stated. When someone entered an Advanced Intercompany Journal Entry, it does not seem to follow the same process, it gets set to pending approval. Here is the JE that worked;
Here is the Advanced Intercompany Journal Entry that doesn't seem to work cause no one got notified like the last one (same rule), no approval history tab or Approval Information section.
I cannot seem to find anything in the help sections on resolving this. Any help would be appreciated.
