Inactive Sales Reps

Hello,

I noticed the inactive names of the sales reps are still on the list when I click on the sales rep drop down. Is there a way to eliminate those names from showing up on the list? Our team keeps accidentally select the inactive names when they go to create a new quote/sales order under their roles. Since I log in as admin, I don't see those inactive names but under other roles they can see them. Not sure why that is, can someone please advise.
