Currency exchange rates did not update 15 May 2020

One of my clients advised that their Exchange Rate table (Lists>>Accounting>>Exchange Rates) for 15 May only has exchange rates up to 14 May and did not receive new rates from Xignite on 15 May.

I looked into the rates in two of the other accounts that I work with. They too only have rates up to 14 May.  One of these is an Au account which being the 16th appears to have missed two 03:00 am updates.

Is this an issue (I also posted a Case to NS support)?

Is there a way to manually trigger a currency update?
