System notes on script deployments

Hi There

Is there a way to see which user deployed or adjusted a script record?

The system notes fields are blank for a lot of script deployments.

We are having an issue on an account where it looks like some scripts are running that shouldn't be.

I have done a saved search to bring up all system notes fields though none of them can tell me:

1. Who deployed the script

2. When it was deployed
