Workflow : Sublist Group : Show Message

We need to display an alert message on Sales Transactions before they are saved IF they contain certain Items  SKUs.

Show Message is not an Action available under the Sublist. Is there anyway to set a condition using {line.item} w/o being under the Sublist Group?
