Is there a bundle to install to have Customer360?

I have seen a couple of questions here about the Customer360 tab.  I think it looks helpful and would rather NOT recreate the wheel.

Since I do not have that in my NetSuite instance, am I to assume it is a separate bundle? I searched Enable Features as well as Accounting Preferences.  SuiteAnswers also came up empty.
