Creating a price list that is only available to web store users who are logged in?

Hello,

I am attempting to create a fairly straightforward feature on my web store. I want a user to click a link that takes them to a list of prices, but I only wish for the link to be available to users when they are logged in. I have done extensive reading on Suitelets, which I believe I would need to make it secure, but the documentation is vague regarding exactly how to do this.

Is this possible through the extension manager alone? Or do I need to created and deploy a separate Suitescript?

How do I make the link on my store fire the script?
