Sales taxes Not Calculating on Sales Orders
Hi All,
for one of my clients, taxes are not getting calculated on sales order.
I made sure below configurations are setup properly:
- Customer:
- Has correct address (Test Customer, 55 E. End Avenue Apt. 3L, New York, NY 10028, United States)
- Taxable is checked
- Tax Item is blank
- Item:
- Tax schedule is taxable
- Set Up taxes:
- Customers default to taxable is checked
But still "Not Taxable" is showing on Sales order.
I'm not sure what I'm missing here.
Any inputs are greatly appreciated.
