Do not send email to customer when cancel an order in NetSuite

It appears to me that Netsuite always send email to customer if an order is canceled. I am looking for a way to disable this setting. Since some of the orders are imported to NetSuiite for backend accounting/inventory book-keeping purpose, when we need to cancel such orders, do not send email alert to customer.

Anyone knows where is the setting to disable such email?
