View details of "Outbound Request List" requests

Is there any way to display the actual http requests and responses associated with the "Outbound Request List" requests (similar to the way requests and responses can be viewed in the SOAP logs)?  I need to inspect requests that are being made from the my NetSuite server-side code to an external API.
