Invoice consignment locations

Hi,

We have multiple consignment locations that some are marked as "MAKE INVENTORY AVAILABLE" and some are not.  We have a problem Invoicing items from the locations  that the INVENTORY IS NOT AVAILABLE.  The serial numbers of the items of that location do not show in the invoice screen.

Any ideas what we can do to invoice in this case?

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
