Bill an inbound shipment

Hi,

I am trying to use inbound shipping but am unable to bill the shipment.

I get an error message to enter the vendor invoice number, but there is no displayed field for the invoice number.

The form does not seem to be editable.  Does anyone know how to overcome this?
